‘Pampidoo’ charged in 2021 triple murder
A 48-year-old Kingston man known as “Pampidoo” has been slapped with multiple charges, including three counts of murder, in connection with a 2021 triple killing in St Andrew.
Charged is Nicholas Rhode of Swallowfield Road, Kingston 11.
The deceased are 23-year-old Kelson Blake, otherwise called “TK”, 17-year-old Adeyah Laws, otherwise called “Addi”, and 20-year-old Brandon Scarlett, otherwise called “Gussy”, all of Brooks Level Road in Stony Hill, St Andrew.
According to reports from the Constant Spring Police, about midday on August 4, 2021, Rhode and two other armed men allegedly went to the victims’ residence and opened gunfire at them.
The three men were reportedly shot in their upper bodies before the attackers fled the scene.
Police were summoned and the injured men were rushed to hospital where they were pronounced dead.
Following investigations, Rhode was taken into custody on Sunday, May 17, and later charged.
In addition to murder, he has also been charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorised possession of ammunition, conspiracy to commit murder, and using a firearm to commit a felony.
His court date is being finalised.
